You can be(come) a Certified STAR Facilitator in three days, followed by a number of field missions and expeditions. During this program, you will learn how to successfully and confidently deliver STAR Energizer, Work-out and Bootcamp session. You will receive a complete Trainer Toolkit with scripted sessions, tools, ernergizers and much more! After the certification program you will be able to develop Customer Experience STARs within your own and/or your client’s organization.
