The Challenge

The value of natural enjoyment as part of the DNA of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts reflects itself not only in its approach to guest experience, but also in how it develops its talent. With hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, Mövenpick was looking for a global partner to support their Learning and Development strategy that would blend in and complement company internal training initiatives.

The Solution

Keeping a strong focus in ensuring the experience of natural enjoyment, IFH worked in partnership with the Learning and Development team of Mövenpick Hotels & resorts to create a cohesive set of training programs, with content customised to the requirements of the brand and the diversity of its portfolio of hotels. With a total of 10 different courses the programs attracted delegates from all regions.

The Result

With 4 years behind us the IFH training concepts are still a foundation within the Mövenpick L&D strategy. IFH continues to be a key program contributor to the Mövenpick Business Academy – Mövenpicks Signature Business Leaders development program contributing in the areas of Sales, Revenue and Demand Management and Applied Finance with over 75 delegates successfully completing the programs in 2014.
