Since it's debut in 1985, the Tommy Hilfiger Group has become a multimillion dollar apparel and retail company. Great products deserve a great service. Tommy Europe desired to train all customer facing staff in delivering a distinguishing, and enthusiastic experience inspired by the FISH! philosophy.

The Solution

Performance Solutions trained several Tommy employees to become FISH! Facilitators, after which Tommy could independently roll out the FISH! Trainings within Tommy Hilfiger headquarters and stores.
