The Solution

The IFH Train & Save Gold program allows our 200 Hotels in Germany and Luxemburg to participate at over 160 open IFH Seminars across the country per year. This solution works perfectly for our hotels since they are totally flexible and benefit from a vast variety of hospitality topics such as Revenue Management, Business Development, MICE as well as Leadership and Management programs.

The Result

The participation in the program played a significant role and helped us to improve guest and employee satisfaction at our hotels in Germany and Luxemburg. Furthermore it strengthens our offering towards our affiliated member hotels and clearly adds a lot of value to our organization.
