Learning Experience Designer/ Communication Specialist

In the role of Leaning Designer at Performance Solutions (PS), you are focused on developing sustainable learning solutions and programs for our PS clients as well for PS.  You design interactive and new (blended) learning experiences and create innovative high impact, on and off the job learning interventions for our clients. The focus is always on customer experience and employee engagement.  You have expertise in communications and use this to develop communication campaigns to implement the concepts, solutions, and programs you’ve designed.

Together with a team of Learning Designers, you will create various learning journeys for multiple (international) clients.  The following apply to you:

  • You are a connector who combines conceptual thinking with a pragmatic approach.
  • You enjoy engaging with the PS teams and with our clients and target groups to advise and design the optimal mix of L&D solutions and materials to create the best customer/ employee experience for our clients.
  • You see the value of the customer experience focus, as well as learning by experiencing.
  • You are eager to develop (internal) communication campaigns for our clients to launch and implement new L&D solutions and able to write clear and appealing products. You are accurate and detailed in a positive way and are a good and passionate writer!
  • You demonstrate that learning solutions result in the intended business impact and you align with the needs and priorities of the business.
  • The world of learning and development has no secrets for you, in fact, you are on top of new L&D technologies, innovative approaches in design, delivery and implementation methods - a trendsetter, not a follower.
  • You are driven by hard work and lots of fun.

The perfect match

•    You have a Bachelor or Masters Degree, preferably related to Learning Design

•    You have a proven track record of creating learning solutions for a variety of

different clients

•    You have experience in experiential learning, social learning, interaction design,  (learner) user journeys and programs

•    You have outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

•    You have a growth mindset and focused on action, collaboration and co-creation

•    You have good knowledge of design thinking and a good grasp of other current learning deliveries with engagement approaches

•    You are fluent in English & Dutch or English & German (German is a plus!)

•    You live close to Amsterdam/Hoofddorp or Frankfurt/Eschborn
